For each reservation of a Service, the Special Conditions specify the conditions to cancel and/or modify the reservation. Customers can call customer service to request a refund. Refunds for qualifying returns per the return policies described above will be issued when returned merchandise is received. Defective items are eligible for exchange only for the same item.

    The rates quoted are for per room, per night basis

    Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12:00

    A copy of a government-issued id proof is required at the time of check-in

    Rooms are tentatively blocked for up to 3 days from the receipt of you re-mail/booking request.

    The bookings are confirmed only after full payment of tariff in advance for the entire duration of stay.

    Each room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 kids (below 10 years) OR a maximum of 3 adults. (Extra charges apply)

    The kitchen operates only during regular meal times​ 06:00AM​ to ​09:30PM

    Generator back-up is at scheduled timings only

    Pets are NOT allowed

    Parking at own risk

    100% Refund - Before 30 days of check-in date

    85% Refund - Before 15 days of check-in date

    50% Refund - Within 15 days to 11 days of check-in

    No Refund - Within 10 days of check-in date.
